The PropTech theme is very popular and advanced in the world and similar professional forums in the industry have been taking place in major European cities, USA, Russia for several years. In Latvia, PropTech Riga is the “flag bearers” of PropTech to tell the industry how new technology or real estate industry is changing and developing, what innovations are available in the Baltics and the world – how much does it cost? How difficult is it to implement changes?
Our goal is not to make a digital revolution in the minds of colleagues in the industry, but to give information and the opportunity to choose whether to stick to the old business model or perhaps take risks and make a difference in our work.
